Wagering Requirements Explained

Wagering requirements describe how much eligible play must be completed before bonus funds or related winnings become withdrawable. The multiplier alone is not enough: you also need the wagering base, game contribution and time limit.

Use the correct formula

If a €50 bonus has 30× wagering on the bonus only, the nominal requirement is €1,500. If the same multiplier applies to a €50 deposit plus €50 bonus, the nominal total becomes €3,000.

This is turnover, not a prediction of loss or a guarantee of completion. House edge, volatility and bet size still determine outcomes.

Apply contribution and stake rules

Slots may contribute fully while table or live games contribute less or not at all. Some individual games are excluded. The terms can also limit the stake per spin, hand or line.

Use the operator’s current contribution table rather than assuming every game counts equally.

  • Game weighting
  • Excluded titles
  • Maximum stake
  • Prohibited betting patterns

Track time and withdrawal effects

Offers can expire after a fixed number of hours or days. Free spins may be released in batches with separate claim windows. A withdrawal request can cancel remaining bonus funds or trigger forfeiture under the terms.

When the requirement would push you beyond a comfortable budget or session length, declining the promotion is the safer choice.

  • Free-spin release schedule
  • Effect of withdrawal
  • Ability to cancel bonus
